Therapy works best when there is consistency, continuity and regularity of contact.  If we decide to work together, you will be offered weekly sessions, for 50 minutes, on the same day and time each week. This is your time slot for as long as we work together. If, after a time, you decide that you prefer to come less frequently, we can discuss this. However, I find that weekly sessions are most productive in the beginning - though I recognize that this is not always possible, for a variety of reasons. It is something we can discuss in the initial consultation.

You may want to work on a specific issue on a time-limited basis or you might prefer to work long-term - either with an ending in mind or open-ended. 

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you will be charged the full fee for the missed session. 

Skype sessions are available, short or long term.

Fee: $160 (Individual); $180 (couples), I reserve some slots for those who need a reduced fee. Please ask. The fee is payable at the end of each session by cash or cheque. If you wish to pay by eTransfer, payment should be made prior to the start of the session.

You will receive a receipt for each payment. Some private health insurance plans offer coverage for Registered Psychotherapists. This is something you can check on your own.
